Shot on Black & White Kodak Film

For someone who is a photographer for a living, I often forget to take a camera with me. The whole smart phone thing has simplified everything, but it also really makes me miss the days when I had to grab my flip phone, camera, and iPod to leave the house. Committing something to film takes effort and timing and patience…one or more of which I’m lacking at any given moment. So this is me going on record so that you can hold me accountable…I will shoot more film this year and I will remember to take my camera with me, because otherwise I’m missing moments like these. Moments that I find on an old roll of film years later and get to look back and smile on. The camping trip I took with Chris? I’ll remember it more fully now. That can of Coors Light? In less years than I care to admit, it will look “vintage” and cool. Enjoy these shots I remembered to take ☺️
